Below, we share a step-by-step daily guide, based on the experience of caregivers and professionals, to help you organize your day-to-day with your dog.

🌅 Morning
🔍 Upon Waking:Observe if it has regurgitated during the night.Clean the area carefully to prevent inhalation of remnants and avoid possible aspiration pneumonias.
🍽️ Food Preparation:Choose the appropriate consistency: thick puree, soft food, or small "meatballs."Use high-calorie food to maintain its weight.If your veterinarian indicates it, administer medications such as:
Metoclopramide (improves gastric emptying)

🪑 Feeding in Vertical Position:Place your dog in its Bailey chair or on a surface that keeps it upright (minimum 45°).
