Shipping Policy – Mega-Dog

At Mega-Dog, we want your shopping experience to be as simple and reliable as possible.
Every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality in all our products.

Shipping areas

Shipping within mainland Spain is free of charge.
Deliveries to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other European Union countries will include an additional fee, automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package.

Manufacturing and delivery times

Our Bailey Chairs and other products are handcrafted and made to order, so preparation time may vary depending on workload.
The maximum estimated manufacturing and delivery time is up to three (3) weeks from the confirmation of payment.
If any delay occurs, we will notify you by email and keep you informed of the status of your order.

Shipping company

All deliveries are handled by GLS, a trusted courier company with national and international coverage.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.

Delays or delivery incidents

While we always strive to meet the expected delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors (weather conditions, strikes, logistics issues, etc.).
If this happens, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returned shipments or incorrect addresses

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated absence of the recipient, and is returned to origin, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
We strongly recommend checking your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@mega-dog.com.
Include photos of both the packaging and the affected product so we can open a claim with GLS and provide you with a quick solution (replacement or refund).

Taxes, VAT, and Local Fees

The prices of the products shown on the Mega-Dog website include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to sales within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, in accordance with Spanish regulations on price transparency for consumers.

For shipments to territories with a special tax regime (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), these areas are outside the scope of mainland VAT and have their own indirect taxes (IGIC in the Canary Islands and IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla).

Therefore, for orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:

Invoices will be issued without VAT (0%), as these are exempt transactions from mainland Spain.

Upon arrival of the shipment, the recipient will be responsible for paying any applicable local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and any customs handling and DUA processing fees that may be charged by the transport company or logistics operator.

For shipments to other European Union countries, the prices shown on the website include applicable VAT according to current regulations and Mega-Dog's tax regime. If, for tax or customs reasons, there are additional charges at the destination, the customer will be informed during the purchase process or by the transport company.
