Account and Data Deletion — Mega-Dog CARE
Delete your entire account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Mega-Dog CARE app at any time.
Steps to delete your account:
Open Mega-Dog CARE
Go to Profile → Settings
Select Delete account
Confirm the action
All your personal data (diary, health records, photos, videos, posts, and comments) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Delete only some data without deleting your account
If you wish to delete specific data (diary history, health records, photos, videos, posts, or comments) without deleting your account, please email us at dpo@mega-dog.com indicating which data you wish to delete.
We will process your request within 30 days and inform you which data has been deleted and which data must be retained due to legal requirements.
