At Mega-Dog, we want both you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and transparent process for returns and refunds.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current Spanish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any justification.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or personalized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Mega-Dog.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item.

If the product shows signs of use or damage not related to shipping, Mega-Dog reserves the right to deny the refund or apply a proportional reduction to the refunded amount.
