Bienvenido a Mega-Dog. El acceso y uso de nuestra web (www.mega-dog.com) y de la aplicación móvil Mega-Dog CARE implican la aceptación plena de los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Te recomendamos leerlos detenidamente.

1. Titularidad

Este sitio web y la aplicación Mega-Dog CARE son gestionados por: Dark The Dog S.L. CIF: B22610265 Agerre Bidea 33, 20014 San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, España legal@mega-dog.com

2. Objeto del Servicio

2.1. Web Mega-Dog proporciona información, guías y recursos educativos sobre el megaesófago canino, así como productos especializados como las sillas Bailey.

2.2. Aplicación Mega-Dog CARE Mega-Dog CARE es una aplicación móvil de monitorización domiciliaria diseñada para ayudar a los cuidadores de perros diagnosticados con megaesófago canino a registrar, organizar y hacer seguimiento de rutinas de alimentación, síntomas y pautas de cuidado, y a generar informes estructurados para compartir con el veterinario de referencia.

⚠️ Mega-Dog CARE es una herramienta de apoyo al cuidado domiciliario. No constituye un dispositivo médico ni veterinario, no realiza diagnósticos y no sustituye en ningún caso la consulta con un veterinario colegiado. Ante cualquier indicio de enfermedad o urgencia, acude inmediatamente a tu clínica veterinaria de referencia.

3. Planes de Suscripción de la App

Mega-Dog CARE ofrece tres planes de acceso:

Plan START (gratuito para compradores verificados de nuestra silla; pago único de 9,99 € para otros usuarios) Incluye: registro de 1 perro, rutina básica de comidas, diario de ingesta y eventos, biblioteca esencial, comunidad básica y exportación CSV.

Plan PLUS (suscripción) Precio: 4,99 €/mes o 49,99 €/año. Incluye todo START más: hasta 3 perros, multi-cuidador, rutinas avanzadas, diario avanzado de control preventivo, grupos de comunidad e informes de tendencias.

Plan PREMIUM (suscripción) Precio: 9,99 €/mes o 96,99 €/año. Incluye todo PLUS más: diario clínico completo, asistente IA de registro por voz, alertas inteligentes de riesgo, informes PRO para clínica veterinaria y exportación PDF profesional de 30/60/90 días.

Los precios incluyen el IVA aplicable. Mega-Dog se reserva el derecho a modificar los precios con un preaviso mínimo de 30 días.

4. Registro y Cuenta de Usuario

Para usar Mega-Dog CARE es necesario crear una cuenta con email, apodo y contraseña. El usuario se compromete a:

• Facilitar datos veraces y mantenerlos actualizados

• Mantener la confidencialidad de su contraseña

• Ser mayor de 16 años, o contar con el consentimiento de su padre, madre o tutor legal

• No ceder el acceso a su cuenta a terceros no autorizados

Mega-Dog se reserva el derecho de suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estos términos.

5. Cuentas Multi-Cuidador (Plan PLUS y PREMIUM)

El titular de la cuenta puede invitar a cuidadores adicionales con roles diferenciados (administrador, cuidador, solo lectura). El titular es el único responsable de gestionar los accesos y de las acciones realizadas por los cuidadores que él mismo haya invitado. Mega-Dog no asume responsabilidad por el uso indebido de accesos concedidos por el titular.

6. Pagos y Facturación

6.1. Web Los pagos en la web se procesan a través de MONEI, plataforma de pago segura.

6.2. Aplicación móvil Las suscripciones contratadas desde la app se gestionan obligatoriamente a través de:

• Google Play Billing (dispositivos Android)

• App Store / StoreKit (dispositivos iOS)

En estos casos, las condiciones de facturación, renovación y cancelación de las tiendas de Google y Apple son de aplicación preferente.

6.3. Renovación automática Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada período, salvo que el usuario las cancele antes de la fecha de renovación desde los ajustes de su cuenta o desde la tienda correspondiente.

7. Política de Cancelación y Reembolsos

Suscripciones contratadas a través de la web: El usuario puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento. Tendrá acceso al plan hasta el final del período ya abonado. No se realizarán reembolsos parciales por el período no consumido, salvo obligación legal.

Suscripciones contratadas a través de Google Play o App Store: La política de reembolso aplicable es la de Google LLC o Apple Inc. respectivamente. Mega-Dog no tiene capacidad de gestionar reembolsos de compras realizadas a través de las tiendas de terceros.

Derecho de desistimiento (UE): Los usuarios residentes en la Unión Europea tienen derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la contratación, salvo que el servicio digital ya haya comenzado a prestarse con el consentimiento expreso del usuario.

8. Contenido Generado por el Usuario

El usuario es el único responsable del contenido que introduce en la aplicación (notas, fotos, vídeos, grabaciones de voz). Al usar la app, el usuario declara que:

• Tiene derecho a compartir dicho contenido

• El contenido no infringe derechos de terceros

• No introducirá contenido ilícito, ofensivo o inapropiado

Mega-Dog no accede ni revisa el contenido privado del diario de los usuarios salvo requerimiento legal.

9. Normas de la Comunidad

La sección de comunidad de Mega-Dog CARE es un espacio de apoyo entre cuidadores de perros con megaesófago. Los usuarios se comprometen a:

• Mantener un trato respetuoso y empático

• No publicar contenido ofensivo, discriminatorio o con fines comerciales no autorizados

• No suplantar identidades ni difundir información médica o veterinaria falsa o perjudicial

• Respetar los límites de publicación de cada plan

Mega-Dog se reserva el derecho de moderar, ocultar o eliminar contenidos que incumplan estas normas, y de suspender cuentas reincidentes.

10. Informes PDF y Propiedad Intelectual

Los informes PDF generados por la app a partir de los datos del usuario son propiedad del usuario que los genera. Mega-Dog concede al usuario una licencia de uso personal sobre dichos informes.

Todos los demás contenidos de la app y la web (textos, imágenes, logotipos, diseños, código, algoritmos) son propiedad de Dark The Dog S.L. y están protegidos por la legislación de propiedad intelectual e industrial. Queda prohibida su reproducción o uso comercial sin autorización expresa.

11. Inteligencia Artificial y Asistente de Voz (Plan PREMIUM)

El asistente de registro por voz utiliza tecnología de transcripción (Whisper) y procesamiento de lenguaje natural para convertir dictados en entradas estructuradas del diario. El usuario acepta que:

• Los fragmentos de audio son procesados y convertidos a texto, no almacenados como audio

• El sistema puede cometer errores de transcripción o interpretación

• El usuario debe revisar siempre las entradas generadas automáticamente antes de guardarlas

El asistente IA tiene prohibido realizar diagnósticos o recomendaciones de tratamiento veterinario. Cualquier consulta de carácter médico-veterinario será redirigida al veterinario de referencia.

12. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Mega-Dog no se hace responsable de:

• Decisiones de cuidado o tratamiento tomadas por el usuario basándose en los datos o informes de la app

• Errores en los datos introducidos por el usuario

• Interrupciones del servicio por causas técnicas ajenas a Mega-Dog

• Daños derivados del uso de la comunidad o del contenido publicado por otros usuarios

• Contenidos o servicios de terceros enlazados desde la web o la app

La responsabilidad máxima de Mega-Dog frente al usuario no superará, en ningún caso, el importe abonado por el usuario en los últimos 12 meses.

13. Disponibilidad del Servicio

Mega-Dog procurará mantener el servicio disponible de forma continua, pero no garantiza una disponibilidad del 100%. Podrán producirse interrupciones por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o causas técnicas. Mega-Dog informará de las interrupciones planificadas con la mayor antelación posible.

14. Modificaciones del Servicio y los Precios

Mega-Dog se reserva el derecho de modificar las funcionalidades, planes y precios del servicio. Los cambios relevantes serán comunicados al usuario con un mínimo de 30 días de antelación a través de la app, la web o por correo electrónico. El uso continuado del servicio tras la comunicación de cambios implica la aceptación de los mismos.

15. Protección de Datos

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por la Política de Privacidad de Mega-Dog, disponible en www.mega-dog.com/politica-de-privacidad-multiidiomas, conforme al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (UE 2016/679).

16. Legislación Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. En caso de conflicto, las partes se someterán a los Juzgados y Tribunales de San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), salvo disposición legal en contrario. Para usuarios consumidores de la Unión Europea, será de aplicación la normativa de protección al consumidor del país de residencia del usuario cuando sea más favorable.

Welcome to Mega-Dog. Access to and use of our website (www.mega-dog.com) and the Mega-Dog CARE mobile application implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

1. Ownership

2. Description of Service

2.1. Website Mega-Dog provides information, guides and educational resources about canine megaesophagus, as well as specialised products such as Bailey chairs.

2.2. Mega-Dog CARE Application Mega-Dog CARE is a mobile home monitoring application designed to help carers of dogs diagnosed with canine megaesophagus to record, organise and track feeding routines, symptoms and care protocols, and to generate structured reports to share with their vet.

⚠️ Mega-Dog CARE is a home care support tool. It does not constitute a medical or veterinary device, does not make diagnoses, and does not replace consultation with a registered veterinarian under any circumstances. At any sign of illness or emergency, go immediately to your veterinary clinic.

3. App Subscription Plans

Mega-Dog CARE offers three access plans:

START Plan (free for verified buyers of our chair; one-time payment of €9.99 for other users) Includes: 1 dog profile, basic meal routine, intake and event diary, essential library, basic community and CSV export.

PLUS Plan (subscription) Price: €4.99/month or €49.99/year. Includes everything in START plus: up to 3 dogs, multi-caregiver, advanced routines, advanced preventive diary, community groups and trend reports.

PREMIUM Plan (subscription) Price: €9.99/month or €96.99/year. Includes everything in PLUS plus: full clinical diary, AI voice registration assistant, smart risk alerts, PRO reports for veterinary clinics and professional PDF export for 30/60/90-day periods.

Prices include applicable VAT. Mega-Dog reserves the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

4. Registration and User Account

To use Mega-Dog CARE, users must create an account with email, nickname and password. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate data and keep it up to date

• Maintain the confidentiality of their password

• Be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

• Not grant account access to unauthorised third parties

Mega-Dog reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

5. Multi-Caregiver Accounts (PLUS and PREMIUM Plans)

The account holder may invite additional caregivers with different roles (admin, caregiver, read-only). The account holder is solely responsible for managing access and for the actions of caregivers they have invited. Mega-Dog assumes no liability for misuse of access granted by the account holder.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1. Website Web payments are processed through MONEI, a secure payment platform.

6.2. Mobile Application Subscriptions taken out through the app are managed exclusively through:

• Google Play Billing (Android devices)

• App Store / StoreKit (iOS devices)

In these cases, the billing, renewal and cancellation conditions of Google and Apple stores take precedence.

6.3. Automatic Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date via account settings or the relevant store.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions taken out through the website: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the plan will continue until the end of the period already paid for. No partial refunds will be made for the unused period, unless legally required.

Subscriptions taken out through Google Play or App Store: The applicable refund policy is that of Google LLC or Apple Inc. respectively. Mega-Dog cannot manage refunds for purchases made through third-party stores.

Right of withdrawal (EU): Users resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of signing up, unless the digital service has already begun with the user's express consent.

8. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they enter into the application (notes, photos, videos, voice recordings). By using the app, users declare that:

• They have the right to share such content

• The content does not infringe third-party rights

• They will not introduce unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content

Mega-Dog does not access or review the private content of users' diaries except as required by law.

9. Community Guidelines

The Mega-Dog CARE community section is a support space for carers of dogs with megaesophagus. Users agree to:

• Maintain a respectful and empathetic approach

• Not publish offensive, discriminatory content or content for unauthorised commercial purposes

• Not impersonate others or spread false or harmful medical or veterinary information

• Respect the publication limits of each plan

Mega-Dog reserves the right to moderate, hide or remove content that breaches these rules, and to suspend repeat offenders.

10. PDF Reports and Intellectual Property

PDF reports generated by the app from user data are the property of the user who generates them. Mega-Dog grants the user a personal use licence for such reports.

All other content in the app and website (texts, images, logos, designs, code, algorithms) is the property of Dark The Dog S.L. and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial use without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Voice Assistant (PREMIUM Plan)

The voice registration assistant uses transcription technology (Whisper) and natural language processing to convert dictations into structured diary entries. Users accept that:

• Audio fragments are processed and converted to text, not stored as audio

• The system may make transcription or interpretation errors

• Users must always review automatically generated entries before saving them

The AI assistant is prohibited from making veterinary diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Any medical-veterinary queries will be redirected to the user's vet.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mega-Dog is not liable for:

• Care or treatment decisions made by users based on app data or reports

• Errors in data entered by the user

• Service interruptions due to technical causes beyond Mega-Dog's control

• Damages arising from the use of the community or content posted by other users

• Content or services of third parties linked from the website or app

Mega-Dog's maximum liability to the user shall not exceed, in any case, the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

13. Service Availability

Mega-Dog will endeavour to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Mega-Dog will inform users of planned interruptions as far in advance as possible.

14. Amendments to Service and Prices

Mega-Dog reserves the right to modify the features, plans and prices of the service. Relevant changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance through the app, website or email. Continued use of the service after notification of changes implies acceptance of those changes.

15. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Mega-Dog Privacy Policy, available at www.mega-dog.com/politica-de-privacidad-multiidiomas, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), unless otherwise required by law. For EU consumer users, the consumer protection regulations of the user's country of residence shall apply where more favourable.

3. Abonnementpläne der App

START-Plan (kostenlos für verifizierte Käufer unseres Stuhls; Einmalzahlung von 9,99 € für andere Nutzer) Enthält: 1 Hundeprofil, grundlegende Fütterungsroutine, Tagebuch, Basisbibliothek, Basisgemeinschaft und CSV-Export.

PLUS-Plan (Abonnement) Preis: 4,99 €/Monat oder 49,99 €/Jahr. Enthält alles aus START plus: bis zu 3 Hunde, Multi-Betreuer, erweiterte Routinen, erweitertes Präventionstagebuch und Trendberichte.

PREMIUM-Plan (Abonnement) Preis: 9,99 €/Monat oder 96,99 €/Jahr. Enthält alles aus PLUS plus: vollständiges klinisches Tagebuch, KI-Sprachassistent, intelligente Risikowarnungen, PRO-Berichte für Tierarztpraxen und professioneller PDF-Export für 30/60/90-Tage-Zeiträume.

Preise inklusive der anwendbaren Mehrwertsteuer. Mega-Dog behält sich das Recht vor, Preise mit einer Mindestankündigung von 30 Tagen zu ändern.

4. Registrierung und Benutzerkonto

Zur Nutzung von Mega-Dog CARE ist die Erstellung eines Kontos erforderlich. Nutzer verpflichten sich:

• Wahrheitsgemäße Angaben zu machen und aktuell zu halten

• Die Vertraulichkeit ihres Passworts zu wahren

• Mindestens 16 Jahre alt zu sein oder die Einwilligung eines Elternteils oder gesetzlichen Vertreters zu haben

• Den Kontozugang nicht an unbefugte Dritte weiterzugeben

5. Multi-Betreuer-Konten (PLUS und PREMIUM)

Der Kontoinhaber kann zusätzliche Betreuer mit verschiedenen Rollen einladen. Der Kontoinhaber ist allein verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Zugänge und die Handlungen der von ihm eingeladenen Betreuer.

6. Zahlungen und Abrechnung

Webzahlungen werden über MONEI abgewickelt. App-Abonnements werden über Google Play Billing (Android) oder App Store/StoreKit (iOS) verwaltet, deren Bedingungen vorrangig gelten. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht vor dem Verlängerungsdatum gekündigt werden.

7. Stornierung und Rückerstattung

Website-Abonnements können jederzeit gekündigt werden. Der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums erhalten. Für App-Store-Käufe gelten die Rückerstattungsrichtlinien von Google LLC bzw. Apple Inc. EU-Verbrauchern steht ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu, sofern der digitale Dienst noch nicht begonnen hat.

8. Nutzergerechte Inhalte

Nutzer sind allein verantwortlich für die von ihnen eingegebenen Inhalte. Sie dürfen keine rechtswidrigen, beleidigenden oder unangemessenen Inhalte eingeben.

9. Community-Regeln

Nutzer verpflichten sich zu respektvollem Umgang, verzichten auf offensive Inhalte und verbreiten keine falschen medizinischen oder tierärztlichen Informationen. Mega-Dog behält sich das Recht vor, Inhalte zu moderieren und Konten zu sperren.

10. PDF-Berichte und geistiges Eigentum

Vom Nutzer generierte PDF-Berichte gehören dem Nutzer. Alle anderen App- und Website-Inhalte sind Eigentum von Dark The Dog S.L. und urheberrechtlich geschützt.

11. Künstliche Intelligenz und Sprachassistent (PREMIUM)

Audiofragmente werden verarbeitet und in Text umgewandelt, nicht als Audio gespeichert. Der Nutzer muss automatisch generierte Einträge stets vor dem Speichern überprüfen. Der KI-Assistent darf keine tierärztlichen Diagnosen oder Behandlungsempfehlungen geben.

12. Haftungsbeschränkung

Mega-Dog haftet nicht für Pflege- oder Behandlungsentscheidungen des Nutzers, Fehler in eingegebenen Daten, Dienstunterbrechungen oder Schäden durch Community-Inhalte Dritter. Die maximale Haftung von Mega-Dog übersteigt in keinem Fall den vom Nutzer in den letzten 12 Monaten gezahlten Betrag.

13. Änderungen

Relevante Änderungen werden mindestens 30 Tage im Voraus mitgeteilt. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung des Dienstes impliziert die Akzeptanz der Änderungen.

14. Datenschutz

Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten richtet sich nach der Datenschutzerklärung von Mega-Dog unter www.mega-dog.com/politica-de-privacidad-multiidiomas gemäß DSGVO.

15. Anwendbares Recht

Diese AGB unterliegen spanischem Recht. Bei Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte von San Sebastián zuständig. Für EU-Verbraucher gilt das Verbraucherschutzrecht ihres Wohnsitzlandes, sofern günstiger.

4. Inscription et Compte Utilisateur

Pour utiliser Mega-Dog CARE, les utilisateurs doivent créer un compte. Ils s'engagent à :

• Fournir des données exactes et les maintenir à jour

• Préserver la confidentialité de leur mot de passe

• Avoir au moins 16 ans ou avoir le consentement d'un parent ou tuteur légal

• Ne pas céder l'accès à leur compte à des tiers non autorisés

5. Comptes Multi-Soignants (Plans PLUS et PREMIUM)

Le titulaire du compte peut inviter des soignants supplémentaires avec des rôles différenciés. Le titulaire est seul responsable de la gestion des accès et des actions des soignants qu'il a invités.

6. Paiements et Facturation

Les paiements web sont traités via MONEI. Les abonnements souscrits via l'application sont gérés par Google Play Billing (Android) ou App Store/StoreKit (iOS), dont les conditions s'appliquent en priorité. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation avant la date de renouvellement.

7. Annulation et Remboursements

Les abonnements web peuvent être annulés à tout moment, avec accès maintenu jusqu'à la fin de la période payée. Pour les achats via les stores, les politiques de remboursement de Google LLC ou Apple Inc. s'appliquent. Les consommateurs de l'UE bénéficient d'un droit de rétractation de 14 jours, sauf si le service a déjà commencé.

8. Contenu Généré par l'Utilisateur

Les utilisateurs sont seuls responsables du contenu qu'ils saisissent dans l'application. Ils s'engagent à ne pas introduire de contenu illicite, offensant ou inapproprié.

9. Règles de la Communauté

Les utilisateurs s'engagent à maintenir une attitude respectueuse, à ne pas publier de contenu offensant et à ne pas diffuser de fausses informations médicales ou vétérinaires. Mega-Dog se réserve le droit de modérer les contenus et de suspendre les comptes récidivistes.

10. Rapports PDF et Propriété Intellectuelle

Les rapports PDF générés à partir des données de l'utilisateur appartiennent à l'utilisateur. Tous les autres contenus de l'application et du site web sont la propriété de Dark The Dog S.L. et protégés par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle.

11. Intelligence Artificielle et Assistant Vocal (PREMIUM)

Les fragments audio sont traités et convertis en texte, non conservés en tant qu'audio. L'utilisateur doit toujours vérifier les entrées générées automatiquement. L'assistant IA ne peut pas formuler de diagnostics ou de recommandations de traitement vétérinaire.

12. Limitation de Responsabilité

Mega-Dog n'est pas responsable des décisions de soins prises sur la base des données de l'application, des erreurs dans les données saisies, des interruptions de service ou des dommages liés aux contenus publiés par d'autres utilisateurs. La responsabilité maximale de Mega-Dog ne dépassera pas le montant payé par l'utilisateur au cours des 12 derniers mois.

13. Modifications

Les modifications pertinentes seront communiquées au moins 30 jours à l'avance. La poursuite de l'utilisation du service implique l'acceptation des modifications.

14. Protection des Données

Le traitement des données personnelles est régi par la Politique de Confidentialité de Mega-Dog disponible sur www.mega-dog.com/politica-de-privacidad-multiidiomas, conformément au RGPD.

15. Droit Applicable

Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit espagnol. En cas de litige, les parties se soumettent aux tribunaux de San Sebastián. Pour les consommateurs de l'UE, la réglementation de protection des consommateurs de leur pays de résidence s'applique si elle est plus favorable.

2.1. Sito web Mega-Dog fornisce informazioni, guide e risorse educative sul megaesofago canino, nonché prodotti specializzati come le sedie Bailey.

Applicazione Mega-Dog CARE Mega-Dog CARE è un'applicazione mobile di monitoraggio domiciliare progettata per aiutare i caregiver di cani diagnosticati con megaesofago canino a registrare, organizzare e monitorare le routine di alimentazione, i sintomi e i protocolli di cura, e a generare report strutturati da condividere con il veterinario.

3. Piani di Abbonamento dell'App

Piano START (gratuito per gli acquirenti verificati della nostra sedia; pagamento unico di 9,99 € per altri utenti) Include: 1 profilo cane, routine pasti di base, diario di assunzione ed eventi, biblioteca essenziale, community di base ed esportazione CSV.

Piano PLUS (abbonamento) Prezzo: 4,99 €/mese o 49,99 €/anno. Include tutto START più: fino a 3 cani, multi-caregiver, routine avanzate, diario preventivo avanzato e report di tendenza.

Piano PREMIUM (abbonamento) Prezzo: 9,99 €/mese o 96,99 €/anno. Include tutto PLUS più: diario clinico completo, assistente IA vocale, avvisi di rischio intelligenti, report PRO per cliniche veterinarie ed esportazione PDF professionale per periodi di 30/60/90 giorni.

I prezzi includono l'IVA applicabile. Mega-Dog si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi con un preavviso minimo di 30 giorni.

4. Registrazione e Account Utente

Per utilizzare Mega-Dog CARE è necessario creare un account. Gli utenti si impegnano a:

• Fornire dati veritieri e mantenerli aggiornati

• Mantenere la riservatezza della propria password

• Avere almeno 16 anni o il consenso di un genitore o tutore legale

• Non cedere l'accesso al proprio account a terzi non autorizzati

5. Account Multi-Caregiver (Piani PLUS e PREMIUM)

Il titolare dell'account può invitare caregiver aggiuntivi con ruoli differenziati. Il titolare è l'unico responsabile della gestione degli accessi e delle azioni dei caregiver da lui invitati.

6. Pagamenti e Fatturazione

I pagamenti web vengono elaborati tramite MONEI. Gli abbonamenti sottoscritti tramite l'app vengono gestiti da Google Play Billing (Android) o App Store/StoreKit (iOS), le cui condizioni si applicano in via prioritaria. Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente salvo cancellazione prima della data di rinnovo.

7. Cancellazione e Rimborsi

Gli abbonamenti web possono essere cancellati in qualsiasi momento, con accesso mantenuto fino alla fine del periodo pagato. Per gli acquisti tramite store si applicano le politiche di rimborso di Google LLC o Apple Inc. I consumatori dell'UE hanno diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni, salvo che il servizio digitale sia già iniziato.

8. Contenuti Generati dall'Utente

Gli utenti sono gli unici responsabili dei contenuti che inseriscono nell'applicazione. Si impegnano a non introdurre contenuti illeciti, offensivi o inappropriati.

9. Regole della Community

Gli utenti si impegnano a mantenere un atteggiamento rispettoso, a non pubblicare contenuti offensivi e a non diffondere false informazioni mediche o veterinarie. Mega-Dog si riserva il diritto di moderare i contenuti e sospendere gli account recidivi.

10. Report PDF e Proprietà Intellettuale

I report PDF generati dai dati dell'utente appartengono all'utente. Tutti gli altri contenuti dell'app e del sito web sono di proprietà di Dark The Dog S.L. e protetti dalla normativa sulla proprietà intellettuale.

11. Intelligenza Artificiale e Assistente Vocale (PREMIUM)

I frammenti audio vengono elaborati e convertiti in testo, non conservati come audio. L'utente deve sempre verificare le voci generate automaticamente prima di salvarle. L'assistente IA non può formulare diagnosi o raccomandazioni di trattamento veterinario.

12. Limitazione di Responsabilità

Mega-Dog non è responsabile delle decisioni di cura prese sulla base dei dati dell'app, degli errori nei dati inseriti dall'utente, delle interruzioni del servizio o dei danni derivanti dai contenuti pubblicati da altri utenti. La responsabilità massima di Mega-Dog non supererà in alcun caso l'importo pagato dall'utente negli ultimi 12 mesi.

13. Modifiche

Le modifiche rilevanti saranno comunicate con almeno 30 giorni di anticipo. Il proseguimento dell'utilizzo del servizio implica l'accettazione delle modifiche.

14. Protezione dei Dati

Il trattamento dei dati personali è disciplinato dall'Informativa sulla Privacy di Mega-Dog disponibile su www.mega-dog.com/politica-de-privacidad-multiidiomas, in conformità con il GDPR.

15. Legge Applicabile

I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge spagnola. In caso di controversia, le parti si sottomettono ai tribunali di San Sebastián. Per i consumatori dell'UE si applica la normativa di protezione dei consumatori del paese di residenza dell'utente, se più favorevole.
